Refund policy
1. Made-to-Order & Cancellations
All items are made-to-order. We do not support refund requests based on personal preference or change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, please email us to discuss the possibility. However, we cannot guarantee a refund once the production process has commenced.
2. Shipping & Non-Delivery
If you haven't received your order within 2-4 weeks, please contact us to verify your details.
Personal Factors: Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or relocation. Re-shipping can be arranged upon payment of additional shipping fees.
External Factors: If non-delivery is confirmed to be caused by non-human factors (e.g., carrier loss), a full refund will be processed.
3. Dispute Resolution & Fair Play
We value every vision made tangible. Should any issues arise, please communicate with us first. We do not tolerate malicious returns or arbitrary negative feedback; such actions will void any refund eligibility.
